Rule changes — Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999)

Anyone with a Posted run in this game can suggest a change to its rules and vote on suggestions. Nobody edits anyone else's suggestion: if you disagree, post your own. Suggestions that lose stay readable, with their counts.

How a rule change works
  1. Suggest: post a change to one section of the rules.
  2. Screen: a moderator or verifier of this game checks that it isn't a duplicate, spam or out of scope. Screening is a gate on noise, not a judgement on merit.
  3. Vote: voting stays open for 30 days. You can see how many people have voted, but not how, until it closes. A first vote is always allowed; votes can't be changed in the final 72 hours.
  4. Adopt: a suggestion carries with 75% of the votes cast, and at least 3 votes. It takes effect 7 days later; until then the current rules still apply to every run.
